Beginning in June, custom orders will reopen with limited availability.

Over the past few months, I’ve taken time to thoughtfully evaluate how to continue growing this business while also honoring my most important role — being present for my young children. In this season of life, my family is my top priority, and I am committed to maintaining a healthy balance between motherhood and creating desserts I love.

To ensure every order receives the attention, creativity, and care it deserves, availability will be very limited:

One custom order per weekend

Occasionally two orders per weekend, depending on design complexity and time required

Because demand has grown beyond what I ever anticipated (for which I am incredibly grateful), I will now offer date reservations.

Date Reservations
If you know your event date but have not finalized flavors, quantities, or design details, you may reserve your pickup date in advance. You can view my availability calendar below, which I keep up to date with every new order I receive.

A $25 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date of pick up

The retainer will be applied toward your final balance

Final details on order MUST be received at the latest, 2 weeks prior to pick up date or client will forfeit their date if there is a waitlist on that particular date. If no waitlist and order details are not received by the 2 week mark, client assumes certain custom designs may not be feasible due to limited time.

Please note: I often book 4–8 weeks in advance, especially during popular months.

Pickup Guidelines

Cake pops & Cake Balls: May be picked up day of–3 days prior to your event

Cakes & Cupcakes: Preferred pickup is the day of the event (in certain cases, the day prior may be arranged)

I ordered cupcakes for my daughter after having them at another party and they were amazing! The buttercream is THE best I've ever had and several other people at the party said the same thing. She was prompt in responding and very reasonable prices. This is the only place we will be ordering from now on. Thank you!!!

I last minute added on cupcakes and she made them to match perfectly. So prompt in responding, so accommodating, while also being professional. 100% will be ordering again!

Ordered 3 dozen cake pops and 2 dozen cupcakes (1 cookies 'n' cream and 1 white chocolate raspberry) for my daughter's 5th birthday, and ohhhhh myyyyy -- everything was so amazing. Lisa did such a great job and made the process as easy as can be! Great communication. All of our guests (both kids and adults) loved the treats. I have to say -- the confetti cake pops were to die for!!!! So, so good!!!!
Ordering Policies & Procedures

Please send inquires at least 2 weeks prior to pick up date if possible (if not sooner as I usually book up by then), especially for custom cake orders if special toppers/decor needs to be ordered. Cake Pops and Cake Balls are a multi day process so I cannot accept last minute orders on these unless I have extra dough from an order around the same time. For other orders, I will always try to fit you in if I can, but I am a full time momma as well.

I will send a customized quote for the dessert(s) that you are looking for and confirm the desired pick up date.

Once a quote is accepted by the client, I will then send an invoice to the email provided, to have the order paid in full or 50% if order total is $100+. Payment is due within 24 hours of invoice being sent. Payment will confirm your order and reserve your spot in my calendar.

Cancellations: Due to the demand and the nature of custom desserts, the initial payment is non-refundable. With that said, I do understand when life happens & will take this into consideration depending on type of dessert and custom work that has been ordered. This will be done on a case by case basis, but cannot be guaranteed a refund.

If your order is $100+, the remaining balance will be due 2 weeks prior to the pick up date. A payment link or invoice will be sent at that time. I will not start your order until full payment is received.

Pick up dates can not always be changed due to my schedule so it is very important you communicate the correct date you will be picking up (vs the date of event if different).

Delivery is available upon request. Set up is also available, both with additional fees that are determined by mileage & hours required for service.

If ordering a cake or cake pops/balls, I will reach out to you with specific care instructions and to discuss any other questions the week of pick up. Ingredient labels will always be provided on the box or also upon request.

Once the order is picked up or delivered, the client has sole responsibility for the care of their dessert. I will not be liable for post pick up/delivery damage, property damage, guest injury, allergic reactions, or harm caused by eating decor that is not edible.

Finally, if you loved your dessert, I’d love to hear or see any feedback in my Review section located on my Facebook page or a tag within Facebook or Instagram. If you would like to share any photos from your event, send them to cakemomma.bakery@gmail.com. I’d love to feature them in a dedicated client photo album.
